We are working with Lime on shared micromobility and supporting women in cycling.
We have been working with Lime since 2021 to understand how shared micromobility such as e-bikes and e-scooters can work best in London. Lime have been an integral part of our Climate Safe Streets campaign and contributed speakers to an expert panel for a micromobility webinar.
More recently in 2023 Lime have been active supporters of our work campaigning to enable women to cycle safely in London.

An award-winning charity supporting disabled people of all ages & abilities to enjoy the benefits of cycling
Wheels for Wellbeing enhances disabled people’s lives by ensuring that anyone can access the physical, emotional, practical and social benefits of cycling.
Since becoming a registered charity in 2007 they have worked with thousands of disabled children and adults who face barriers to taking part in any physical activity. Informed by life-changing personal experience of disabled trustees, staff and volunteers, they are determined to show that anyone can enjoy cycling, given the right equipment, support and environment.
Cycle training and support for Turkish and Kurdish communities, particularly women
Londra Bisiklet Kulübü, or the London Cycling Club, is a project based in Edmonton around Turkish and Kurdish community centers.
Their aim is to get more people cycling from in and around the local community. We have previously worked together to place bikes in need of a new home, and to connect up their team with a very generous donation by Bikester through the #BikeIsBest campaign. Ozgur and the other volunteers have used these resources to enable many more people across Edmonton to start cycling.

Women empowering women to start, return to, or keep cycling
JoyRiders help women discover the joy and freedom of riding, first for fun and then, if they want to, for transport.
Using social led rides, mainly off-road, and then moving on to longer rides and rides to popular commuting destinations, the JoyRiders team are enabling women to improve their confidence in all areas and build social connections through cycling. Their current volunteer network spans four UK cities: London, Oxford, Cambridge and Manchester.

A non-profit action group aiming to improve air quality across the Borough of Camden
The Camden Clean Air Initiative is a non-profit action group aiming to improve air quality across the Borough of Camden. By working closely with the entire community, including schools, businesses, and residents, as well as the local authority, they provide resources and support alongside our clean air projects. Their projects increase awareness and education around air pollution, and aim to introduce policy and infrastructural change.
We work with NHS professionals across London to integrate cycling into healthcare.
Cycling is a critical individual and public health intervention.
We work with NHS Trusts and professionals across London to integrate cycling into healthcare, from mental health interventions and achieving net zero in the NHS to social prescribing and combatting air pollution.

Partnerships in action
Londra Bisiklet Kulübü is a project based in Edmonton helping Turkish and Kurdish community members get cycling. In 2022, we helped link up their volunteers with a donation of over 160 bikes.
Londra Bisiklet Kulübü and our London Cycling Campaign volunteers in Haringey and Enfield have also teamed up to campaign for Low Traffic Neighbourhoods across north London.
